Ashurst announces the appointment of Benedikt von Schorlemer and Andreas Mauroschat as partners in the corporate and employment practices of its Frankfurt office. Both were formerly at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Benedikt von Schorlemer has extensive experience in private equity and M&A. He advises domestic and multinational corporates on acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and carve-outs. He also advises investors on all phases of an investment cycle from the financing of an investment to the exit. He has particular expertise in the chemical, automotive and telecommunications sectors. Corporate senior associate, Jan Frederik Krekeler, will also join the team from Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Andreas Mauroschat is highly experienced in all employment law aspects of M&A and outsourcing and corporate restructurings. He will head up Ashurst’s German employment practice.
