Following the recent announcement of two new Finance partners in London, international law firm Simmons & Simmons has announced the appointment of Dr Wolfgang Kotzur as a Finance partner in its Frankfurt office.
Wolfgang, who joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advises on all aspects of banking work, acting for commercial and investment banks, private equity houses and companies on financing transactions. His focus is on acquisition finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance and restructuring. Wolfgang speaks German, English and French.
Commenting on the appointment, Germany Country Head at Simmons & Simmons, Hans-Hermann Aldenhoff, said: “Wolfgang’s appointment comes as part of a string of recent hires, which demonstrate our commitment to building on our strengths and growing our practice in Germany.”
