Bird & Bird welcomes Heiko Höfler as partner to its International Regulatory and Administrative Practice Group. Heiko joins the Frankfurt office on 1 October 2012, bringing with him associates Zsófia Petersen and Christine Herkommer.
Heiko has extensive experience advising companies, banks, foreign investors, institutions and governments. He specialises in complex investments and transactions in the public sector, as well as advising on variety of infrastructure and technology projects and public-private partnerships in Germany and internationally. He was also involved in numerous groundbreaking disputes in the development of public procurement law.
