Dentons has hired Brian Hutcheson as a partner in its UK Real Estate practice. Brian will be based in the firm’s Glasgow office and joins from Morton Fraser where he has been a partner since 2006.
Brian specialises in development work, investment sales and purchases, property finance and leasing arrangements across a range of sectors including retail, student housing, build to rent/multifamily, hotels, leisure and hospitality. He is also chair of the Investment Property Forum in Scotland.
