Clyde & Co Expands Global Dispute Resolution Team with London Partner

Clyde & Co is pleased to announce that Margaret Tofalides has joined the firm’s global dispute resolution team as a partner in London.

Margaret joins Clyde & Co from Manches where she was a partner having previously been in partnership at Addleshaw Goddard.

Margaret is a commercial dispute resolution expert with a broad range of litigation and arbitration experience advising on high value complex-disputes often with multi-jurisdictional dimensions. A trained mediator, she has extensive experience in advising on disputes involving the information services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail and financial services sectors, both through the courts and in ad hoc or institutional international arbitrations on both domestic and cross-border issues. She is also a specialist in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution acting for leading brand and rights owners across a range of sectors. Margaret is a nationally recognised expert in data protection and privacy law advising leading companies across a range of sectors on domestic and cross-border issues and data breach and enforcement responses. Margaret is highly recommended in the latest editions of Chambers and Legal 500 as “very client orientated and forward thinking with outstanding commercial and analytical skills”.
