Robinson & Cole welcomes attorney Roger A. Peters II as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Peters represents local and national developers, funds, and lenders in the development and financing of commercial, residential, and mixed-use office buildings; shopping centers; apartment complexes; and condominiums. He also represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and divestiture of commercial properties on a national basis. Mr. Peters is resident in the firm’s Providence office.

Mr. Peters previously practiced law at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, his M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Mr. Peters is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Washington D.C.
