At a time when public and private sector employers are looking for more effective ways to eliminate or reduce their exposure to pension risk, Jana’s recent engagement – advising on the implementation of New Brunswick’s new shared risk plan legislation – offers our clients practical, hands-on experience addressing these risks. Jana’s experience advising both public and private sector clients on converting traditional defined benefit pension plans into shared risk plans under the new provincial model will add to our current bench strength, and further enhance our ability to assist Canadian and international clients in the implementation of all aspects of their pension de-risking strategies.
