The Charlotte office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Kevin A. Christmas as a partner in its corporate/M&A practice. He arrives from Reed Smith LLP.
Christmas advises clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities, and restructuring transactions across a wide range of industry sectors. He also regularly counsels clients on general corporate and commercial matters and corporate governance issues.
“We have a robust corporate and transactional practice in our four Carolinas offices with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, mezzanine finance, and securities offerings,” said Sean M.
