Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, which acted as lender, arranger, facility agent and security agent, on the amend-and-extend transaction which refinanced Elis’ debt of €1.897 billion.
The deal was executed with the proceeds of senior secured high yield notes issuance and the proceeds of privately placed Subordinated and PIK notes instruments.
Elis is a leading multiservice provider for flat linen, garment, hygiene and well-being services and is fully-owned by the French private equity firm Eurazeo.
