The Raleigh office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes David C. Lindsay as a partner in the labor, employment and workplace safety practice. Lindsay joins from Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
Focusing his practice on employment litigation, class action, international employment, and wage and hour matters, Lindsay advises clients including health care providers, clinical research organizations, manufacturers, and retailers on employment discrimination, employee relations, and union issues. He also counsels on state and federal employment laws such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and OSHA regulations.
