We are pleased to announce that Robert M. Tyler has joined the firm’s litigation section. Before joining the firm, Rob was a partner with McGuireWoods’ Richmond Office.
Rob is an intellectual property litigator and counselor who has focused his practice largely on trademark, advertising, and copyright issues. He has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America-Intellectual Property; America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Intellectual Property, Chambers USA; Virginia Legal Elite, as well as other peer review listings. “We are very pleased to welcome Rob to the firm.
