Squire Sanders has announced the appointment of corporate partner Hannah Kendrick, who has joined the firm from Eversheds.
Hannah has over 15 years of experience advising on a range of substantial corporate transactions and arrangements including working with both public and private companies on all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, fundraisings, joint ventures and related commercial arrangements both within the UK and with international parties. In addition, Hannah advises on public company transactions including takeovers, initial public offerings and secondary issues.
She has advised IBB plc on a scheme of arrangement by its majority shareholder, William Jackson Food Group on its acquisition of Abel & Cole, Help-Link Limited on the investment by NorthEdge Capital, Spice plc on its £251m takeover by Cinven Private Equity and Flybe Group plc on the initial public offering of its shares on the London Stock Exchange.
Partner Steven Glover, Head of the Squire Sanders Leeds corporate team, added: “We have been looking to build the corporate finance practice in Leeds for some time due to increased workloads and client demands.
