Morgan Securities LLC in their capacities as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the left-side Joint Lead Arranger and Joint Bookrunner, and a Lender, as applicable, in the May 14, 2013 closing of a $14.6 billion senior secured credit facility for The Depository Trust Company (DTC) and National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC).
