Leading independent Australian law firm HWL Ebsworth Lawyers has announced the appointment of Greg Lewis as a partner within its Sydney Litigation team.
Greg’s practice has a particular focus on complex insolvency related litigation for banks, insolvency firms and corporate clients.
In this regard, Greg has extensive experience advising on insolvency and restructuring issues and regularly advises on matters involving misfeasance, asset tracing and trans-national issues.
Outside the field of insolvency and restructuring, Greg has wide ranging experience in the resolution of major commercial disputes including acting for principals, contractors and financiers on significant construction and engineering disputes.
Following Greg’s appointment, HWL Ebsworth offers clients a nationally integrated insolvency and securities enforcement team of thirteen partners, each supported by a dedicated team of industry specialists.
Greg joins HWL Ebsworth from K&L Gates. Prior to that, Greg was a partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
