Leech Tishman recently welcomed Heather S. Heidelbaugh and Christopher S. Channel to its Pittsburgh office. Both partners have joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Heather is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses her practice primarily on commercial litigation, oil and gas, intellectual property, product liability and election law litigation. She is a well-known public commentator on issues related to politics, law and elections. Heather is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers and Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of the Litigation Counsel of America, a national legal honorary society. She appears weekly on WQED-TV as a panelist on “4802,” a public affairs program in Pittsburgh and has been quoted by a number of national and local television shows and publications. Heather currently serves on the Allegheny County Council as an At-Large Member.
Chris will be practicing in Leech Tishman’s Litigation Practice Group and Environmental, Safety & Toxic Torts Practice Group. Chris is an experienced trial lawyer who has defended industrial manufacturers and business owners in claims involving allegations of toxic substances, defective products, premises liability and negligence. During the course of his career, Chris has represented members of the natural resources industries in a variety of legal matters impacting their business. He regularly represents parties in protecting their intellectual property through trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and covenants not-to-compete and has experience in alternative dispute resolution.
