Roetzel is pleased to announce that Christopher R. D’Amico has joined the firm’s Business Services group as a partner in the Orlando office.

Mr. D’Amico’s practice focuses on representing companies and business owners in all types of business and tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.
Mr. D’Amico earned his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida, his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas.
