Sullivan & Worcester LLP is pleased to announce the opening of its London office led by well-known trade finance partner, Geoffrey Wynne, formerly at Dentons. He is joined in London by associates Hannah Fearn, Sam Fowler-Holmes, Tom Glinka, Anna Koshy and Alexandra Tillbrook, all previously with Dentons.
Mr. Wynne advises leading banks and trade financiers on trade and commodity transactions occurring throughout the world. He is recognized as a leading individual in the UK Legal 500 and Chambers UK for his work in this area.
In January, Sullivan & Worcester announced the launch of its London office with the recruitment of Mr. Wynne. The firm is respected across the U.S. and internationally for its work in corporate finance, banking, trade finance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and tax, among other areas of expertise and intends to build up a London practice linked closely to that of its U.S. offices.
