Michael D. Nicoleau has joined the Fort Lauderdale office of GrayRobinson, P.A. as a shareholder. Having worked with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Michael brings significant banking and litigation experience to the firm. He has interfaced on matters with a number of federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Department of Justice, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Reserve Board.

Nicoleau earned his juris doctorate from Cornell Law School and his bachelor of science, summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland at College Park.
