Fennemore Craig Jones Vargas, a leading Mountain West regional firm, announces the addition of Bradley Richardson who recently joined the firm’s Las Vegas office. Richardson practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability and Estate Planning and Probate.

Richardson is one of a few attorneys in Las Vegas with extensive litigation experience in probate, trust and guardianship matters, and in particular, elder competency and undue influence situations, financial exploitation of the elderly, disinheritance, transfers of titles, validity of wills, and prosecuting or defending claims of breach of duties by executors, guardians or trustees. He has represented numerous automobile and recreational vehicle dealerships in administrative
matters, franchise disputes and lemon law claims.
Prior to joining Fennemore Craig Jones Vargas, Richardson was a shareholder with Gordon Silver. He attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and earned his B.A. from California Polytechnic University and earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.
