Edwards Wildman acted as bond counsel to the Town of Cicero, Cook County, IL, to successfully close its $40,690,000 Series 2014A Illinois General Obligation Corporate Purpose Refunding Bonds. The funds will go toward refunding of existing debt, resulting in substantial savings for the town.
