Jackson Walker L.L.P. successfully represented Slaughter and Stanley Construction, Inc. in its sale to LineStar Services, Inc., a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners. The transaction closed on March 31, 2014.
Based in Big Spring, Texas, Slaughter and Stanley is a full-scale pipeline maintenance and installation services provider for companies in the energy industry. LineStar, which provides pipeline maintenance and integrity services to energy infrastructure operators, is a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners, an established private equity firm managing over $800 million in committed capital.
