White O’Connor’s attorneys strengthen Kelley Drye’s expertise in several key practice areas, including First Amendment, antitrust, and intellectual property.  The new office, which will open as “Kelley Drye / White O’Connor,” provides all Kelley Drye clients with the resources of some of the best-known trial attorneys on the West Coast.  In addition, White O’Connor clients now benefit from the added geographic reach and support that Kelley Drye provides.

White O’Connor lawyers have successfully defended and prosecuted cases involving entertainment, First Amendment, insurance, media-related torts, real estate, copyright, trademark, antitrust, class actions and other complicated commercial disputes.
