Recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and Best Lawyers as a top tier firm, our Washington DC attorneys have guided billions in transactions in the DC Metro area since opening the office in 2001. Goulston & Storrs has built the firm’s office into a dynamic, full service real estate practice through the acquisition of numerous partners from AmLaw 200 firms. Most recently, Lee C. Carter and Yann H. H. van Geertruyden joined the firm as Directors. They were members of the Military Housing Privatization and Real Estate practices at Pillsbury’s DC office. The addition of Sean from Arent Fox will further boost and expand our expertise, and most importantly, is a perfect complement to our existing clients.
Doug Husid, the firm’s co-managing director, commented: “Our goal since coming to Washington has been to create the District’s strongest and broadest real estate practice. The addition of Sean is another major step in our strategic growth in Washington. He has significant expertise and knowledge in every aspect of public finance and banking, which will further benefit both our local and national clients across multiple offices.”
New Director, Sean Glynn commented, “This firm has such a stellar reputation and a deep historic commitment to the real estate sector which makes me delighted to join and contribute to the growth of the Washington office.” Sean added, “Goulston’s notable reputation, scope of services and experience are a great fit for my clients.”
