Bass, Berry & Sims PLC is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm’s new Washington, DC office with the addition of Terry Clark as a member in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice.
In a distinguished 25-year career, Mr. Clark has litigated patent cases for national and international clients in the federal district courts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, United States International Trade Commission, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His patent practice focuses on diverse technologies, with particular emphasis in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and computer technologies. Mr. Clark also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of portfolio development strategies including the filing and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Mr. Clark was a partner at the intellectual property boutique Harness Dickey & Pierce.
