A Seattle law office made attorney recruitment news by tapping a new leader of its business matters for real estate, according to a press release.

Brian Danzig joined the Seattle offices of Gordon Thomas Honeywell as partner and chair of the Seattle Real Estate Group. Drawing on two-decades-worth of experience, Danzig’s specialties include commercial real estate, finance and business transactions. His experience also includes investment, development and leasing for a variety of commercial properties.

“We are excited to have Brian join our team,” said William Holt, Managing Partner, Gordon Thomas Honeywell. “This represents another effort by the Firm to expand the depth and breadth of our existing Real Estate Practice and our services to our clients.”

Danzig has represented both lenders and borrowers in financial transactions and workouts for loans. His credentials also include work with note purchases and transactions for sales.

In demand as a keynote speaker for conferences, Danzig also writes about the various topics he lectures about.

The full-service firm he joins was established in 1894, has offices in Seattle and Tacoma and represents clients throughout the nation.
