International law firm Simmons & Simmons has appointed David Williams as a partner in its award-winning Financial Services team in London.
David specialises in investment funds and asset management work, in particular private funds investing in private equity, illiquid credit, real estate and infrastructure. He was previously a partner at DLA Piper where he was Head of the Investment Funds team in the UK.
David’s clients include fund managers and administrators, custodians and other service providers as well as institutional investors.
