Dinsmore is pleased to announce that Michael Magee has joined the firm as a Partner in the Litigation Department and member of the Products Liability and Tort Practice Groups. He will practice in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining the firm, Magee served as a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP where he served as Chair of the Litigation Defense/Toxic Tort Practice Group.

We also expect to benefit from Mike’s past leadership in the management of lawyers in his department.” 

Magee has more than 20 years of experience defending toxic tort cases in various jurisdictions throughout the country. He currently represents several manufacturers, contractors and engineers in asbestos litigation and has served as national coordinating counsel in defense of toxic tort claims brought against construction and engineering firms. In addition, he represents several clients in complex commercial litigation matters. Magee earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
