Our International Corporate Practice Group and London office are pleased to welcome Geraint Lloyd as Partner.

Geraint joins us from BLP where he headed their Venture Capital team. Geraint focuses on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and funds formations. Geraint’s experience in technology, cleantech and healthcare is particularly pertinent for our team.

Geraint will help develop our venture capital and wider corporate offering, where we have seen increased opportunities for our sector-focused expertise. Geraint’s arrival follows the hire of three corporate partners and promotion of three more in the firm internationally since January.
