Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Troy Aramburu has re-joined the bankruptcy and reorganization practice group in the firm’s Salt Lake City office. Aramburu first joined Snell & Wilmer in 2004 and returns this month after spending several years as a shareholder with Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, PC.

Mr. Aramburu’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy, reorganizations and commercial litigation surrounding the rights of creditors and debtors. He represents debtors, creditors and committees in numerous federal, state and bankruptcy actions; represents receivers in federal and state court proceedings; and represents secured lenders in litigation in state and federal forums. He has been named in the Mountain States Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star (2009-2011) and to Utah Business Magazine’s Legal Elite (2008 and 2011) for Bankruptcy/Workouts. Mr. Aramburu earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University and his B.A. from Weber State University.
