HWL Ebsworth has announced the appointment of David Chew as a partner in its Melbourne Insurance Group.
David has over 15 years of insurance related experience, and joins HWL Ebsworth from Norton Rose, where he was a Special Counsel.
David is a specialist in insurance claims and advice work with particular emphasis on directors & officers and professional indemnity (financial lines and building & construction) matters.
David advises insurers on a wide range of complex indemnity and liability issues often involving claims against corporate entities and their directors and professionals in various industries including building and construction, property, financial services, insurance and government.
David also advises corporate clients on indemnity issues, insurance requirements and risk management matters.
