Shiv Sibal, senior associate with Pinsent Masons in Leeds, is joining the Yorkshire office of Dickinson Dees as a partner.
Shiv will be joining the corporate team at Dickinson Dees and is the latest in a number of high-profile appointments at the firm’s newly-opened Leeds office at Whitehall Riverside.
Shiv, who studied law at the University of Manchester, has a wealth of experience in the corporate world in Yorkshire. He has worked on a wide range of corporate finance transactions but specialises in public company work and has advised on flotations, takeovers, open offers, placings and rights issues.
In addition to his public company experience, Shiv has extensive experience of advising local, national and international public and private companies on their acquisitions and disposals, both domestic and cross-border.

Shiv is due to join the firm in September.
