David Lemieux Joins Norton Rose Canada

Norton Rose Canada is pleased to announce that David Lemieux is joining the firm as a partner and member of the business law group, based in the Montréal office, effective July 3, 2012.

David is recognized as one of the premier banking attorneys in Quebec and Canada, with a practice centred on corporate finance and some focus on restructuring. He principally represents financial institutions including lending syndicates, as well as borrowers and investors. David’s addition will add even more depth and experience to Norton Rose Canada’s first-rate Montréal and national banking team.
