A multi-practice team from DLA Piper advised on the sale of the CSG Technology Solutions business to NEC Australia for a base purchase price of $227.5m, following a lengthy process which completed on 2 July 2012. The firm has acted for CSG Limited since its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2007.
