The law firm of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman (“Porzio”) is pleased to announce that Robert W. Keddie, III, has joined as a principal in the firm’s Princeton office. Mr. Keddie brings to the firm a new hospitality practice area with his unique experience in national and international restaurant and hospitality development and consulting. The firm’s current commercial and corporate litigation practice will also benefit from Mr. Keddie’s experience with partnership/shareholder disputes, construction and co-op/condo board litigation, real estate and property management issues, and financial and creditor’s rights litigation.
