Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Berger as a Principal to its commercial litigation practice group in Philadelphia.
Jason Berger, a Philadelphia business and commercial litigation attorney, brings a unique blend of complex commercial litigation, general business, and entertainment law experience to Offit Kurman’s expanding Philadelphia office.
“Jason is an energetic attorney with broad courtroom experience in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He brings an intensity and passion to the practice of law and is a welcome addition to our growing Philadelphia office” says Hal Walter, Managing Principal of Offit Kurman’s commercial litigation group.
Mr. Berger’s practice is focused on the areas of commercial litigation, business and real estate, and transactional matters. He regularly represents individuals and business owners in commercial litigation and business-related matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also represents artists, record labels, and business owners from the music, film, and televisions industries.
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Berger was a member of the commercial litigation group at Weir & Partners in Philadelphia. Prior to that, Mr. Berger served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable M. Allan Vogelson, P.J.Ch., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
