Kirkland & Ellis represents ABRY Partners and its portfolio company Atlantic Broadband Group, LLC in the $1.36 billion sale of Atlantic to Cogeco Cable Inc., a Canadian company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The deal was announced on July 18, 2012, and is expected to close before the end of the calendar year, subject to customary conditions. Partners Armand Della Monica and Joshua Kogan lead the deal.
