Tim Kotroco Joins Whiteford’s Land Use Practice

Whiteford Taylor & Preston is pleased to announce that Timothy M. Kotroco has joined the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use practice in Towson as a partner.

Mr. Kotroco served as Deputy Zoning Commissioner and Hearing Officer in Baltimore County from 1991 to 2003, then as Director of Permits and Development Management until the end of 2010, when he became an Administrative Law Judge. He received his law degree from the Campbell University School of Law in 1987 and his B.A. from Campbell University in 1984. He is admitted to practice in Maryland.
