DLA Piper today announced that Eric Grossman has joined the Corporate and Finance practice as a partner in the Northern Virginia office.
Grossman was previously a partner in the Business Department of Cooley LLP. He focuses his practice on representing technology companies and private equity investors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, private equity and growth equity and general corporate and securities matters. He works closely with technology companies in the areas of cybersecurity, cloud computing, SaaS, wireless communications and health care information technology. He also regularly provides strategic counsel to officers, boards of directors and fund principals in high-level business matters.
“Eric has broad experience that will enhance our strong private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisition capabilities in a key region for technology companies and private equity investors. Grossman earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston University Law School and a B.A. from Tulane University.
