Dilworth Paxson is pleased to announce the addition of three lawyers to its public finance practice. They are Timothy B. Anderson, Andrew C. Maher and Elizabeth Preate Havey, formerly of Pepper Hamilton.
Joining the firm as a partner, Tim Anderson has extensive experience acting as bond and underwriter’s counsel in numerous tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, ranging from school districts, townships and municipal authorities, to manufacturing facilities, private education entities and universities in both public and private placements.
Also adding depth to the public finance practice are Andrew Maher who joins the firm as an Associate, and Elizabeth Preate Havey who joins the firm as Of Counsel.
