Wealth Management Professional and Civic Leader Joins Dinsmore

Kevin Ghassomian, an estate planning attorney and high profile civic leader, has joined Dinsmore as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department and member of the Family Wealth Planning Practice Group.

Ghassomian’s law practice focuses on the personal legal needs of business owners, corporate executives, high net worth individuals, and their families. His representation covers all aspects of domestic and international estate planning, with an emphasis on tax minimization, asset protection, business succession, and philanthropy. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Ghassomian worked in the New York City headquarters of a global investment firm where he counseled a multinational client base on complex wealth management matters including foreign and domestic trust planning and related asset allocation strategies.

Ghassomian has strong ties to Cincinnati where he has been a prolific civic leader. He was one of the co-chairs of Agenda 360, an ambitious socioeconomic development initiative, engaging hundreds of volunteers and many of the region’s highest ranking business, nonprofit, and government officials. He also co-founded the Bacchanalian Society, a charitable fundraising group with a membership of over 10,000 wine enthusiasts throughout Greater Cincinnati and additional chapters across the country. Ghassomian also helped to establish the Cincinnati Paralegal Association’s “Wills For Heroes” program, a pro bono legal clinic for first responders.

Ghassomian has held leadership roles on boards for a number of nonprofit and charitable organizations, including the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Vision 2015, the Cincinnati Arts Association, and the Carnegie Visual and Performing Arts Center, among many others. He earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and a B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
