Leading international law firm, Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW), is delighted to announce the recruitment of " _="_">Pierre-Etienne Kuehn, who joins the firm’s insurance and reinsurance practice in Paris, from AXA Group.
Pierre-Etienne, who joins as a Consultant, is the former Head of Legal and Compliance at AXA Group, and will further strengthen the insurance and reinsurance group in Paris, which is led by " _="_">Guillaume Brajeux, " _="_">Edouard Taÿ-Pamart and" _="_">Olivier Purcell. With more than 20 years experience working in insurance, reinsurance, broking and assistance services companies, Pierre-Etienne brings with him in-depth knowledge of corporate and M&A transactions, as well as regulation and compliance issues in the sector. In addition, he has developed a particular expertise in managing large international litigation matters and has put in place insurance-reinsurance agreements for major players in the world of international commerce.
