Perkins Coie has announced the recruitment of Randy A. Bridgeman to the firm’s corporate practice in Chicago.  Formerly the corporate practice head at K&L Gates, Mr. Bridgeman has gained significant private equity and finance experience throughout his career.

“Randy brings significant depth and experience to our already impressive corporate and private equity practices.  He is a trusted adviser to a number of highly regarded Chicago-based companies and we are very excited about the many opportunities we see for Randy to advise current clients of the firm,” said Chris Wilson, managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office.

Bridgeman is a graduate of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan Law School.
