International law firm Simmons & Simmons has appointed Richard Cook as a Banking partner in London.
Richard, who joins from SNR Denton in London where he is a partner, specialises in international and UK financial and corporate restructuring, workouts and insolvency. He advises on security enforcement and transactions involving distressed companies.
Commenting on the new hire, Head of the Financial Institutions Sector at Simmons & Simmons, Jonathan Hammond, said: “Richard is a strong hire for the team. He will further increase the strength of our international corporate restructuring and insolvency offering.”
