Bird & Bird welcomes the tenth new partner to its international corporate group this year, with Ingo Meyer joining our Frankfurt office.
Ingo specialises in corporate acquisitions as well as disposals and advises private equity funds. He focuses on private and public companies in the energy and utilities, telecommunications and healthcare sectors. Ingo brings a team of two with him, Counsel Stefan Alexander Breider and associate Diana Dickert.
