International law firm Stephenson Harwood has appointed Susan Moore to its banking group within the finance practice. Susan joins from SNR Denton where she was a consultant in the restructuring and insolvency group, having previously been a partner for eight years.
Susan has been involved in many of the largest debt restructurings since 2000, including advising the administrators in connection with the $2 billion financial restructuring of the international rig and drilling contractor KCA Deutag, acting for the administrators of the English companies within the restructuring of Federal Mogul group, and acting for bank syndicates in the restructuring of telecommunication companies and hotels.
Commenting on Susan’s appointment, Jayesh Patel, head of banking at Stephenson Harwood said “We are delighted that Susan is joining our banking group. Her considerable expertise in restructuring work will help bolster the team’s capabilities and we look forward to welcoming her to our growing team.”
