DLA Piper today announces the appointment of Fabrice Armand as a partner in its Finance & Projects Group. Fabrice joins DLA Piper from Clifford Chance where he was Counsel.
Fabrice has spent the last nine years at Clifford Chance in Paris in its Finance & Capital Markets Group. He specialises in capital markets, debt securities, derivatives transactions, investment services and regulatory.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Fabrice spent twelve years working in senior roles at Société Générale followed by Crédit Agricole CIB where he held the position of Head of Capital Markets in the legal department until 2003.
Doctor in law, Fabrice is the author of numerous articles relating to derivatives and investment services and of a book in relation to banking and financial transactions made by French public authorities.
