Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Keith C. Dennen has joined our Nashville office as Member.
Mr. Dennen concentrates his practice in the areas of health care law, intellectual property law, estate and probate, employment law, corporate and transactional law and litigation. He has represented clients in a range of matters including in administrative, regulatory, corporate governance, contract disputes, patent infringement, and more.
Mr. Dennen is a member in the Nashville Bar Association, the Sumner County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association. He is a member and former President of the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce, and he is a member of the Hendersonville Rotary Club. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Sumner County YMCA and the Hendersonville High School Foundation. Mr. Dennen received his B.B.A. from the University of Memphis and his J.D. from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, University of Memphis.
