Former Ashurst LLP international commercial litigation specialist Mark Elvy has been appointed as partner to Ashurst’s Australian dispute resolution practice, based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Mr Elvy, an Australian who was a partner for 16 years with Ashurst in the UK, has been consulting to Ashurst as well as other leading international organisations since he returned to Australia in 2010 following a 23-year stint working overseas – all at Ashurst.
