Global law firm Eversheds has appointed banking and finance litigation expert Tim Buckingham as a partner in its Financial Services Dispute Resolution team.
Tim joins Eversheds from DLA Piper where he was head of the Manchester banking and finance litigation team. Tim acts for all types of institutional clients. In addition to mainstream banking, asset finance and receivables work, Tim has a particular expertise in the area of payment processing, dealing with risk, insolvency and fraud matters for both UK and international clients.
