International law firm Simmons & Simmons has appointed Andrew Petry as a Projects partner in its London office.
Andrew, who is a partner at Addleshaw Goddard, is an Energy & Infrastructure finance specialist with significant experience in many jurisdictions and sectors including LNG, oil storage and renewables. He also has a strong track record in social infrastructure and transport PPPs and, in particular, project bond and capital markets financings.
He acts for lead arrangers, borrowers, infrastructure funds, project sponsors and other parties in energy and infrastructure transactions, both in the United Kingdom and internationally.
Having spent five years working in Amsterdam, Andrew also has a particular focus on opportunities in Benelux countries. He speaks and works professionally in English, Dutch and German languages.
